At Sunflower, we believe that every girl, regardless of academic performance, has the potential to impact the world; we bring that impact to life through our holistic model of support and training, giving all girls the opportunity to succeed and follow their dreams.

We measure the potential to be a leader not through academic achievement, but through personal character, curiosity and willingness to learn. Our LEAD principles are the core program philosophy, our community involvement, and determining who are fellows will be.
