Gianna Biaggi is a native of Boyes Hot Springs, California, and is a 2017 graduate of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio with a degree in International and American Studies. She is the 2017 winner of the Samuel Huntington Public Service Award, and an Interexchange Christianson Grantee.
